New users can apply for an account directly through the PFAD website:
Go to our home page, www.pfad.org.
Click on the link for “Account Requests.”
Fill out the entire form, then click “Submit.”
(Agencies can also call PFAD at 1-888-23LEGAL(53425) to request a faxed application.)
A PFAD Systems Administrator will contact you within 3 business days with information and instructions concerning the account request.
Once created, the user will be notified or given their account information at a scheduled training.
